I am not giving it too much credence to what Trump says or what he decrees he is going to do about the topic. When Trump said that Obama shouldn't have said aliens exist because it's classified, it sure looked like he was the one who spilled the beans! It was kind of surprising that the media didn't jump on that a bit more.
It seems that Trump does want to be The Disclosure President, and when Obama made the news with his comments, Trump acted as if Obama was stepping on his turf.
Hopefully there will be a meaningful disclosure announcement supported by hard evidence. A release of additional case files without evidence does little or nothing to move things ahead.
