Mystery Wire has a new post including the " unwieldy" name for the new "UAP" Program that was recently started....It's mission statement generally refers to "evolving technologies" by Russia and China that we should be attuned to. Nothing about technologies that are far beyond anything terrestrial. Does anyone think that this new name minus a more easily recognized acronym was designed to thwart public interest in the subject???Per Gerorge Knapp, ..Elizondo's Twitter page proclaims that the structure equates to a nothing burger which will be no different than the usual obfuscation by the Pentagon for the past 50 years....Kevin Randle's blog has stated on more than 1 occasion that the expectation will result in a "Condon II" ..Our government and our military are hopeless , and cannot or refuse to help themselves..... but continue to have the advantage of keeping its citizens in the dark by their deception ...What an effin joke!!

Billy, you're fortunate that there are no loonies yet drawn to your new blog

Chris Melon wrote an open letter this date to Rep Gallegos which he published on his blog.He closed the comments portion after 1 wacky posted 4 consecutive copy and paste variety delusional pieces of word salad..I'm sure he was fully anticipating the likes of Michael Horn to contribute as well.....It sorta discourages others to weigh in..Leslie Kean deleted a good portion of comments a few months ago on her FB page because there were several off topic political replies in one of her posts...Dont the blog administrators have the authority to simply censor and delete inappropriate content??.Perhaps Melon isn't aware of this, though he did delete several fake saucer photos that Horn displayed about 3 months ago. It's really discouraging to the participants on his blog

I found a link via Popular Mechanics to SA4281, which seemed to be the same thing(?)

Even being optimistic, I can't help but recall the Blue Book anecdote of the cameras with the diffraction gratings that kept falling off. It could take the whole 6 years for such a broad scope effort to get everything right...

Will grabbing the best (available) individuals, and putting them on field investigations, work without being specifically trained or apprised of what to expect? Will all the data sharing (assuming everyone plays ball) be 'fused' together i.e. radar data with visual observations and geographical data? Or will they be analysed separately? Will classified sensor systems prevent data-fusion if the analysts don't have a high enough clearance?

Will they have a case management system (database) to record details, actions and results for future reference as an archive? (Also useful for other agencies to check against an overlap with secret projects.)

Will they include follow-up interviews with regard to previously reported paranormal phenomena that occur after some UAP events (or is that a step too far)?

How dependent will the project be on bureaucratic co-operation and military personnel who have no investigative training or experience - and most probably no expertise in handling sensor data. (It's one thing for a panel of experts to analyse the cumulative output (think Robertson Panel), but are the skills available to gather and present all the available data in a useful manner? n.b. The French Sigma 2 3AF had to approach a professional programmer to provide that type of expertise in regard to a few specific cases.) Perhaps they should approach MITRE corporation (MSEA).

(Whenever someone asks why we don't have definitive proof after all this time (other than witness testimony), this is why. It's not simple at all.)

Billy.

I can tell you with absolute certainty from personal experience that the ChiComm's were extremely interested in anything and everything to do with the ET/UFO phenomenon in the early 2000's.

So I think the only reason they have "ghosted from the informal multinational UFO scene" is because they found enough of what they were looking for, and the high level brass put the kaibash on any further participation.

Rest assured that just like our high level actors, the Chinese weren't interested due to humanitarian reasons. Quite the opposite.

Chris Mellon's possible position if this happens, is interesting.

"The pushback will come from vested interests for whom exposure could spell existential peril"(??)....Ya mean like the MIC, the fossil fuel industry, the elite science disciplines who will become more entrenched in their arrogant positions , the religious fundamentalists in Congress and the Pentagon, the naïve but complicit mainstream news media, and the lesser foes including the likes of Michael Shermer, Oberg and DeGrasse Tyson.....I can just envision the stonewalling, including legal maneuvering from the A/F ...et al
