The Washington Times did a decent write-up about the conference. But most interesting was one of the reader comments:

"Any study of these objects must be made by independent scientists, and others in different fields. The military has completely covered up everything they know. I was forced to cover up an incident, involving a close encounter, when I served in the military. I was forced to sign NDAs and told not to ever tell anyone what happened. They even threatened to make me disappear. We cannot depend on our military to ever reveal what they know. We need independent investigators, not connected or working for the military and intelligence community. Only then will some of the truth be revealed."

Seems legit to me.

"They even threatened to make me disappear." Here we have a reference to perhaps the most sinister secret of UFO world: that people have been "disappeared," silenced "with extreme prejudice" to prevent them from revealing their experiences and knowledge of the phenomenon. Rumors about this have been around for decades. Even a few of the early contactees were told that some of their brethren were dealt with in that manner.

Will there ever be a reckoning?

Lou E. also came a hair away from saying Rosewell really happened. I've long thought Rosewell was B.S. but that's changing now.

Lou E. has been hitting the podcast circuit recently. He said on two different podcasts (I'm paraphrasing here) that's there's been a black program in place for decades studying the Phenomena and that they have material and biological samples. He claims the program quit updating presidents/Congress somewhere along the line and has basically been rogue for a long time. Those running fear they will be prosecuted. Also some aerospace companies were given exotic material which helped them beat their competition and some competitors went out of business. Apparently those corporations are afraid they'll be sued for billions by the defunct competitors because they received an unfair advantage. Sounds plausible to me. Also the head of NASA made a bunch of comments about Them. He gets as close to Disclosure as anyone I've ever heard. Have a great day/evening everybody!

It's 10:30 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday the 19th. I have found only one report about today's conference - in the Military Times. (The reporter called the panelists "true believers." That puts a smell on their credibility.)

Jeez Billy, we couldn't hear your question!

Too bad. I knocked it outta the park.

If you were a evolutionary descendant time traveler from earth's future sent to observe humanity before a nuclear war wipes us out, would you try to disable their nuclear arsenal too? Why not? What is your morality? "Compassion and evidence." https://youtu.be/DNqWT99TR4w

If I were a time traveler and that were my mission, I doubt I'd be so furtive about it.

Very informative Billy. I will listen in to the presser if possible. I've always been intrigued regarding the intent of Them toward nukes. I know a lot of touchy feely types think They're trying to send us a message not to kill ourselves. But many they want us to finish off the jobs ourselves and trigger an exchange?

Would you include Robert Hastings in the 'touchy feely' category? He has said in several interviews (and in his documentary) he believes the Visitors are sending a message that our nuclear brinksmanship is playing with apocalyptic fire. Robert Salas has said similar things. How is that theory any less valid than others? I submit the historical evidence... 70+ years of incursions at nuclear sites without an instance of clear intent to destroy (disable, but not destroy)... supports the theory of benign intentions.

Well, lets say the same beings with benign intentions by shutting down nukes are the same beings snatching people from their beds and scaring the hell out of them for no discernable reason. I don't know if any of the bed-snatching stories are true or if they are it's related to nukes. What I'm saying if all these phenomena are just one phenomena they're sending mixed messages. And no, I don't include Robert Hastings in the touchy-feely category.

Hi Gino. When it comes to the so-called abduction phenomenon I'm an outlier. My perspective will doubtless elicit derision and even anger in some quarters. I think the matter is much more complex and abstruse than most people realize. I don't discount or deride the experiences people claim to have had, or the trauma many claim to feel. But... but... in order to evaluate every potential explanation we must concede the possibility that the experiences are not real but are of the dream world. And not necessarily dreaming in the traditional sense. There might be an element of involuntary psychic phenomena, as well.

I agree with you 100 percent. However, are there not reports of individuals who see a UAP and THEN experience an abduction or poltergeist activity. Didn't Hastings have an experience? Maybe it's a subconscious reaction? I think the jury is still out on Their intentions.

If that's their message, in this day and age I could see a significant percentage of our population rising up to protest the tyranny of depriving us our god-given right to autogenocide.

Billy, excellent piece - direct, simple, and slightly significant.
