SCU urges the alliance to create an open-source database
I'm pretty sure that San Marino has had a long connection with the field of UFOs and the UN - Antonio Huneeus gave a good lecture at the 2007 X-Conference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmF4uSl25D8&list=PLujDIk_ZJDxv4hE1QY2fMpl8g2uFHaPe7&index=16
The UN's internal interest in UFOs was always through employee's clubs and not part of its policy; official policy was never given the thumbs-up; which makes the NATO interest appear more significant.
Btw, I never heard that the Tehran incident was tracked by DSP... but I found this link: http://kevinrandle.blogspot.com/2016/12/tehran-september-18-1976.html?m=1
Would be great if it's accurate.
