"Non-toxic gas will be dispersed in NYC subways this month

The MTA says it's to test chemical and biological attack readiness."

https://www.timeout.com/newyork/news/non-toxic-gas-will-be-dispersed-in-nyc-subways-this-month-101221

Here is a very detailed description of the capabilities of the "non coding DNA algos" they are admitting to spraying in the NYC subways.

The RNA synergies are obviously not an accidental by product.

"What is noncoding DNA?"

https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/understanding/basics/noncodingdna/

"Other regions of noncoding DNA provide instructions for the formation of certain kinds of RNA molecules. RNA is a chemical cousin of DNA. Examples of specialized RNA molecules produced from noncoding DNA include transfer RNAs (tRNAs) and ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), which help assemble protein building blocks (amino acids) into a chain that forms a protein; microRNAs (miRNAs), which are short lengths of RNA that block the process of protein production; and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), which are longer lengths of RNA that have diverse roles in regulating gene activity."

Skinwalker Ranch meets the R Train.

"assess their impact on DNA"

DNA..RNA..an ongoing theme since early 2020.

Yet another reason why they're not getting near me with that shit that is NOT a "vaccine".

Larry, I'd sure miss you pal if you contracted COVID and was knocked out of the box for a while. I know too many people who have had it and said it was horrible. I also have friends who had relatives die from it so I'm pretty sure it's real. Stay healthy.

Gino, I appreciate that. But I haven't had so much as a mild case of the sniffles in over 20 years because I keep my immune system operating at full capacity at all times.

Vitamin D, C, and plenty of Zinc in combination with staying in shape and eating healthy, keep me in the pink. Plus, I'm not afraid of death at all, and I laugh a lot.

If I didn't have a good sense of humor I'd have checked out a long time ago.

But back on topic. This isn't humorous at all:

"The DIA employed a spectrum of resources — from state-of-the-art recording devices to the “biosensors” of imported seeds and plants — in order to measure the electromagnetic dynamics at play and assess their impact on DNA."

for a lot of good reasons.

Hi Billy, I love the overview and tone. I'm reading the book now and it's a wild ride. I remember the Vallee-Davis paper, "Incommensurability, Orthodoxy and the Physics of High Strangeness: A 6-layer Model for Anomalous Phenomena", and it's like their paper come to life with attendant creatures and nasty health stuff to boot. Let's hope Avi Loeb and any team members don't go to Skinwalker Ranch just for the curiosity. The hitchhiker effect in a Harvard Lab. might shy them off the subject for life!

If I were Dr. Loeb I think I might send Seth Shostak on a fact-finding mission first.

If applications wrt to AAWSAP are/were some future interstellar propulsion tech. (surely ongoing) how to separate these other dangerous effects (the autoimmune illnesses) as these guys report in the book? Who'd work as a scientist on that? With only nuts and bolts tech. you'd never get consciousness related anomalies. And if this book is "required" or even just interested reading for a budding UAP scientist would they take the plunge? Scenario: physicist A and chemist B are working on stuff in a lab and they get effected, maybe by the experiments or a hitchhiker or those bloody blue orbs. It's just not simple science anymore.

I've yet to read the book, but a couple of things come to mind from Billy's article:

1. I'm interested in UFOs/UAP and paranormal phenomena and while there seems to be an overlap, its not clear if an ET intelligence is making use of the 'paranormal' or if all 'alien' UFOs are a product of paranormal effects. (I lean towards the former.)

Either way, it's good news of a sort because we appear to have one large mystery rather than two - and two directions in which to investigate.

One of the two directions of investigation is the instances of nuts & bolts UFOs (apparent technology). However, my understanding of Elizondo's AATIP is that it was an in-house, semi-official and likely unfunded pursuit. Mr E started with the '5 observables,' conclusions from the Nimitz report (written by someone else, possibly Kurth?) and has produced nothing - no hint of a report, no emails, no anecdotes and nothing from AATIP referenced in the UAPTF report. AATIP seems to be a perceptual illusion!

2. Given the apparent 'hitchhiker' effect, it seems that we're faced with a persistent phenomena that affects perception and therefore impacts cognitive functioning on some level. The effects of ionizing radiation are understood well and precautions are taken when handling materials. But as far as aspects of the paranormal are concerned, we have little idea of the short and long term effects, other than from observed behaviours. It may be toxic to some, or to all, to a lesser or greater degree; and/or it may be the door to understanding a greater reality.

What we're seeking is greater clarity, in all things.

I like to consider myself a rational human being, immune to superstition. Now I wonder, if given the opportunity, would I choose to actually spend time at Skinwalker Ranch? Is curiosity alone a sufficient motive? Without setting a specific intention, is curiosity just another form of vanity? Would you stick your hand into a small dark box for the sake of clarity? I used to think I knew the answer.

Some of us are born explorers (even if we don't go anywhere). What's not clear is whether some paranormal explorers come back changed, or were different to begin with; or both. Is this ultimately a personal journey (vanity?) or for the benefit of humanity; or both?

I may not stick my hand in the box, but I'd shake it to see if it rattles :)

I wonder if any Native American locals were consulted about all the weird shit at the ranch. I wonder if any of them have "sequelae."

Nearly every indigenous culture in the world has mythologies and/or superstitions about certain areas that are taboo - domains of evil spirits, etc.

Also, might it be that the Pentagon officials who told Elizondo and Reid that UAP are "demonic" were in the loop about AAWSAP at Skinwalker?

Now we see through a glass, darkly.

AAWSAP certainly threw down a challenge. Now let's see who calls the bluff, if it's a bluff.

If the accounts are accurate, it seems to attach itself to just about everyone who visits the ranch.

Over the past couple of years I've watched the History Channel's Skinwalker Ranch series with amusement spiraling to amazement dissolving to skepticism. wtf. Perhaps the private sector with the amplification of media attention supported by ratings is the best we can hope for. You want to believe? Stay tuned.

Jesus H. Christ with Holy Shit on top...thanks Billy. I have not read the book yet but I plan to now. Once again, I will say all the bat-shit, bizarre-bullshit that surrounds the Phenomena, is the Achilles Heal of Disclosure. This stuff scares is what scares the hell out of people who know what's going on and keep the lid on information. They're never going to tell us what they learned. Just think how that would go over. Some will think Satan's running around the Utah desert and maybe he is. Others will say it's ET trying to spook us off. The question remains if the phenomena at Skinwalker is different than whatever the hell is buzzing the Navy. Maybe we're dealing with real spooks at Skinwalker and ET off both coasts.

As Alice would say, "'curiouser and curiouser". Havana Syndrome anyone? Keith Croes has a point. Recently school board meetings have become a microcosm of the public square. When you have people wearing T-shirts with "Go Brandon", praying, denouncing the recognition of the LGBT,etc. community, anti and pro vaccination both claiming they are following the science and maybe discussing actual school business, how, in heaven's name will the UAP/UFO phenomenon gain traction!?
